We had an amazing stay at the Gran Hotel Napoleon. The staff went above and beyond to make our time there memorable. One particular staff member repaired our toilet in under 5 minutes, showing their dedication to guest satisfaction. The location was perfect and the safe parking lot was a huge plus. Additionally, the room service surprised us by organizing our belongings neatly. I highly recommend this hotel for its helpful staff and great amenities.
